A Charitable Gift Annuity is a simple agreement between a donor and Madison Community Foundation. It is an opportunity to make a tax-deductible gift while receiving a lifetime of annual income from that gift. The remainder of the Charitable Gift Annuity is used to create a new endowment fund to benefit a charity or add to an existing endowment at Madison Community Foundation.

Individuals who are at least 60 years of age may establish a Charitable Gift Annuity and they may be created for one or two life beneficiaries.
